A thermally stable heat transfer fluid with a 277°C (530°F) flash point and a maximum operating temperature of 338°C (640°F), for process heating and cooling where a high flash point is required for safety or insurance reasons.

Used in high-temperature industrial heating where a high flash point reduces fire risk: chemical and polymer reactors, hot-oil systems near ignition sources, drying and curing lines and indoor process plants.
